    This headset is a pain to use with Windows 7 because the necessary driver isn't installed. Takes a bit of messing around, but when it finally works, it's great. Don't unplug it, though, or you'll have to start again.
    Next problem: getting it to work on Mac OSX. My Macbook Air recognises the headset, but I still can't get it to work. Very frustrating.
