The MDA200 is a communications hub that is designed to simplify call-taking across platforms and give you more flexibility with your headset. If you have a corded headset, it can either be connected to a phone or to a computer and it generally needs a different connecting cable for each. Switching between phone and computer, therefore, is either overwhelmingly arduous or simply impossible. This is the dilemma the MDA200 is designed to fix. Connecting via USB to your computer and using the curly cord from your desk phone, the MDA200 allows you to take calls from either and it’s as simple as pressing one of the big buttons on the hub.

This set up can also do you one better. If you have a Plantronics Bluetooth headset with a Bluetooth dongle, you can plug the dongle into the hub and take calls from your PC, desk phone and mobile.
