The Poly Plantronics MDA526 QD, USB-C, WW (212176-01) is a smart audio processor for Plantronics 6-pin Quick Disconnect (QD) Headsets. This seamlessly integrate mixed call environments and make it easy for CSRs to provide a better customer experience. Customer Service Representatives can switch easily between desk phone and softphone calls, whether from PC or Mac. With this device, you can use One headset for desk phone and PC calls or applications. Independent volume and mute controls allow for audio channel mixing to improve customer experience because customers can hear and be heard clearly. The Plantronics Quick Disconnect (QD) interface allows CSRs to move from one system and quickly connect to another for a seamless workflow. Desk phone compatibility with electronic hook switch (EHS) integration is available separately. EHS makes connecting to and switching between call sources easy. This MDA526 QD connects to a computer via USB-C Cable.

Advanced noise and echo cancellation ensure a clear and natural sound. The customer experience is further enhanced with advanced audio channel mixing that includes agent greeting, call recording, voice notes, and streaming audio, all configurable in Plantronics Hub software. The MDA526 QD has Hi-fi stereo support. This device is supported by Plantronics Manager Pro, a Software-as-a-Service that is sold separately.
