Sennheiser launches the new Dante™ card meant to be used for the Digital 9000 wireless microphone system, the EM 9046 DAN card. This card will allow HD uncompressed data delivery to the Dante™ network

Audinante’s Dante™ is considered one of the topnotch digital audio networking solutions, when it comes to audio, broadcasting and installations. With the use of IP and Ethernet standards, it can work with the current network framework. It also offers hundreds of high-quality audio channels. Available starting mid-October, the EM 9046 DAN extension card can be used by just inserting it to EM 9046 eight-channel receiver’s expansion slot. Working at a resolution of 24 bits with sampling rates of 44.1/48/88.2 and 96 kHz and with daisy-chain signals through its two Gbit RJ45 sockets, the EM 9046 DAN extension card can send digital command and audio signals to Dante™ network through its featured sixteen audio inputs installed internally.

Will be available too starting October, the version 4.2 will enable users access to the EM 9046’s Dante™ audio streams from any network’s point.
