Sennheiser Introduces the AVX Wireless Sound for Video Showcases at 2015 NAB Show

Film-making is continuously evolving today and Sennheiser’s new wireless microphone systems, AVX, are ideal for cameras that filmmakers would want to have their hands on it.  And the company just showcased these new innovations in Las Vegas at the 2015 NAB Show.

One of the best things about these wireless devices is that they can be used and set up in less than 3 steps mainly because their technical settings are automatically adjusted. Sennheiser AVX comes in three different sets, which are:

• with a wireless microphone (handheld transmitter)
• with a bodypack transmitter and clip-on microphone
• with a bodypack transmitter and an MKE 2 clip-on microphone [standard for film and TV productions]

Filmmakers before were hesitant with using wireless microphone systems because of some licensing and technical issues and AVX just eliminates both.
