Sennheiser Backs Linkin Park’s Music for Relief

Linkin Park is not just an excellent rock band but also a founder of non-profit organizations, in the form of Music fort Relief. And one of the band’s companions in organization is Sennheiser.

Recently, the Music for Relief auctioned Linkin Park’s microphones. All donations and collected money by the organization are offered to provide help for victims of natural disasters. In addition to this, the organization also supports missions that help prevent these disasters through environmental ingenuity like tree planting and forest preservation. Some of the organization’s initiatives in past are the following:

• Hurricane Katrina
• China’s Wenchuan earthquake
• A Cholera Outbreak in Zimbabwe
• Earthquakes in Haiti and Japan in 2010
• Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines

Sennheiser provided Linkin Park with SKM 2000 Wireless Handheld Transmitters with MME 865-1 capsules, autographed by the band, for the auction.
