The MobileConnect and CinemaConnect applications from Sennheiser are now updated and are accessible for streaming. A collaborative effort between Sennheiser and the Fraunhofer Institute for Digital Media Technology, as part of the updates, users can now do the following:

• Adjust Volume
• Adjust Amplification and Dynamic Range of High-frequency and Low-frequency Audio Content
• Adapt Speech Intelligibility
• Adapt Sound Quality

Sennheiser’s close collaboration with Fraunhofer IDMT gave way to give users the ability to customize the audio signal based of their hearing requirements. And this is what made these updates for these applications very useful, especially for people in the early stages of hearing loss and do not have their hearing aids yet.
