Sennheiser further improves its headsets by integrating their devices with the call-control functionality of the Cisco Jabber version 11.0. The frontrunner provider of high quality headset and speakerphone solutions announced that the collaborative usage between Sennheiser and Cisco is now enriched through the new plug n’ play solution. The call control functions included in the integration that could now be managed from the Sennheiser headset or speakerphone are:

  • Answering and Ending Calls
  • Mute
  • Volume Control

Sennheiser Communications President Andreas Bach believes that the integration of Sennheiser headsets and speakerphone with Cisco Jabber will help mutual users to have a hassle-free deployment and outstanding customer experience. In addition, Cisco’s Blake Nelson believes that the participation of Sennheiser as a Preferred Solution Partner in the Solution Partner Program of Cisco made this integration possible.
