Jabra collaborates with Frost & Sullivan to conduct a survey focusing on remote agents and what contact center managers have to say about them. And based on the survey, it seems like the future’s workplace will be found at home.

Jabra continuously wants to cater to every user’s need and developed another product in line with its PRO 9400TM Office Headset series. Introducing, Jabra PRO 9450. 

Jabra introduces four Unified Communications headsets composing the all new Jabra UC VOICE series. The new headsets are considered the very first in the industry to be a corded Unified Communications headset with a wearing behind-the-ear style.

Jabra introduces its new Unified Communications Solutions, the PC Suite® Plug-In for IBM Lotus® Sametime®. The new solution offers improvements to several telephony capabilities to both the Sametime Unified Telephony and Lotus Sametime.

In the 2011 Red Dot Design Awards, both Jabra FREEWAY and Jabra WAVE won in the Red Dot Award: Product Design. The winner will be displayed in the Red Dot Design Museum in Essen.

Jabra is now promoted to the Platinum Membership of the Avaya DevConnect Program. Both companies are expecting to collaborate more with each other and produce excellent products for the users to enjoy. 

Jabra releases three new features interoperable with both Jabra GO™6400 and Jabra PRO™9400 Series and bundled them all up to create Value Pack 3. The three features included in the Value Pack 3 are Dial Pad for Mobile Phones and Softphones, Mouse Click-Away Phone Calls, and Keyboard Shortcuts. 

Topping the GfK Sound and Design Study, Jabra SPEAK™ 410 was recognized to be superior to other speakerphones involved in the study. With its topnotch sound quality and portability, 55% of the participants involved in the survey pushed Jabra SPEAK™ 410 to the top of the list. 

Jabra will be collaborating with Logitech and produce co-branded packages that will be sold in the North American market together. This move is expected to expand Jabra’s sales reach.

Jabra launched several new hands-free Bluetooth products in the 2011 Mobile World Congress. Some of these products are Jabra STONE2 and Jabra FREEWAY.
